Nucleic Acid Hybridization Assay

The nucleic acid hybridization kit includes a detailed protocol and most reagents necessary to extract and enrich RNA from 96 plant samples.
End-users are only required to take care of the extraction and spot the extraction samples onto a specially treated membrane, which is provided in the kit. Once this is completed, the membrane is then shipped to our testing laboratories where the chemiluminescent hybridization is performed by highly trained technicians. This analysis is included the price. Results are reported as soon as possible, usually two to four working days.
