Reagent Set

Primary ELISA components for detection of plant pathogens and other antigens. Reagent sets are available in four sizes, 96, 500, 1000 or 5000 testwells.

Contents:
– Uncoated, 96 testwell, solid plates
– Coating or primary antibody (Polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies, suitable for use in ELISA or other Immunoassays. Antibodies are purified).
– Conjugated antibody (Polyclonal or monoclonal antibody conjugated to peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase enzyme for use in ELISA. All antibodies are conjugated in our laboratories. Conjugated antibodies are concentrated).

Controls are sold separately. Positive and negative controls consist of lyophilized and treated plant extracts. Each control vial will reconstitute to 2 ml.

Possible test format :
– Set Reagent Antibody (SRA): Double Antibody Sandwich (DAS-ELISA) or Triple Antibody Sandwich (TAS-ELISA).
– Bacterial Reagent Antibody (BRA): Antigen Coated Plate (ACP).
