Quantification des hormones végétales
Le kit Phytodetek® permet de quantifier différentes hormones végétales sur plusieurs variétés de plantes et tissus.
Comme pour plusieurs méthodes quantitatives telles que l’HPLC et GC, Phytodetek® permet de tester plusieurs échantillons en même temps. Ce kit est utilisé par la communauté scientifique depuis plus de 20 ans et fait l’objet de citations dans plusieurs publications de recherche.
Le kit contient tous les réactifs nécessaires à la réalisation d’un immunoassay compétitif et qualitatif : plaque de 96 puits préencoatée avec l’anticorps de capture, tracer et diluant, tampon de lavage, substrat PNP et son diluant, solution stop. Le matériel et les protocoles d’extraction d’échantillons ne sont pas fournis.
